- We are listed as a 501 c3 under Pappy Boyington Field Museu Inc Is dedicated to preserving local aviation history and the efforts of veterans and aviators who have sacrificed and contributed to preserving the integrity and peace to which the United States has been graced.
The current status of the Pappy Boyington Veterans Museum.

We are exploring different options and locations. All artifacts are safely stored and awaiting proper display. We are also preserving new donations on a case-by-case basis.

We are awaiting support from civic organizations, private foundations and the general public who want to preserve the history of our veterans and their service to our country.

Concurrently, we are creating an online digital history presence for the museum.

Your help is needed to encourage the Kootenai County Commissioners to support the veterans museum.

We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit so a donation of land, buildings, airplanes or cars can be deducted. (check with your accountant).

We could possibly be interested in a building not owned by the museum if it had a long term lease.

Museums DON'T make money and are very lucky to even break even…they are created by and for people wanting to preserve the history of our great nation.
